SIGNATURE CLASS TRAVEL LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Signature Class Travel LLC reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as tour participant, and to make changes and substitutes in any itinerary of its group travel as it deems necessary for the comfort, safety, or the convenience of the group travel participants and the proper carrying out of the event, and to withdraw any or all tours announced in this program should conditions warrant. If a tour is cancelled, a full refund of all monies paid to the company by the participant will constitute full settlement. Paying a deposit and/or balance on a reservation booked through Signature Class Travel LLC indicates a valid and active reservation with the Company. User agrees to abide by all cancellation policies and terms and conditions set forth by Signature Class Travel LLC, and any and all suppliers and third parties. User agrees that reservation booking is assigned to Signature Class Travel LLC, and may not be released or reassigned to another party, supplier, third party or the User directly.

Proof of identity is required for all travel. Without proper identification, or passport and necessary visas you will not be permitted to depart. It is your responsibility to verify your necessary travel documents. Passports need to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of your trip.
Signature Class Travel LLC is not responsible for time changes made by the cruise lines, airlines, bus conductor and railways. Flight time, seat assignments are solely at the discretion of the airlines. Hotel room location is also the sole discretion of the hotel. Requests can be made but are not guaranteed. Baggage fees of the airlines are not included in our package prices. If you decide to check baggage you must pay this fee directly to the airline. The carriers, accommodations and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees of Signature Class Travel LLC. Reservations or bookings for services that are directly supplied by Signature Class Travel LLC, (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.), shall not be responsible for (1) breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers or any employee of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, (3) any loss, damage, delay, or injury to the suppliers properties or physical person caused by you or your travel companions or group members (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Signature Class Travel LLC, or (5) acts of God. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. Signature Class Travel LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safely or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
Please report any disability requiring special attention to Signature Class Travel LLC at the time the reservation is made. Signature Class Travel LLC will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Signature Class Travel LLC cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their well-being. The passenger assumes the full risk of use and of any prohibitions imposed by vendors. All participants under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult or a legal guardian.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE. There are different types of medical, baggage or trip cancellations insurance from the supplier or the agencies. NOTE: Insurance coverage may not cover pre-existing conditions and may have other restrictions and exclusions. Consult the insurance carriers or Signature Class Travel LLC direct for details. Trip insurance or waivers provided by the supplier may not offer insolvency coverage.
